Join Rachel for a 7-week series based on the 7 chakras.

Each week you will journey through a chakra,  deepening your relationship to your bdy's inner energy system by working with breath, guided meditation, and the movement of Yoga.

Each week we will explore a different chakra to help you understand how your energy body, emotional body and physical body interweave to bring wellness through your whole being.

Full Body Glow Yoga Series $65+hst

4 week course starts Tuesdays February 5th at 6:15-7:15pm

This class is designed for beginners through intermediate students who are looking for a more gentle experience, those who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level.

Leigh-Ann will guide you through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level. Props are encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably. This is also the perfect class for students with injuries or limitations.

Reiki Level 1 Certification Course $170+hst ($70 for refresher)

Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is an ancient Japanese healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
Course outline includes:
Theory, History & Development of Reiki (manual included in course)
Energy exercises for your health (meditation/visualization, grounding, smudging)
Reiki Level 1 attunement 
Self Reiki practice and practice on others (you will both give and receive a full treatment)
Usui Reiki Level One Certificate

Full day course, starts promptly at 9am, breaking only for lunch and a few small breaks.

Join Melanie each week as she assists you through some simple yet effective yoga poses that target common trouble spots and provide instant release. By gently rolling, draping, or oscillating different muscles regions over the myofascial release balls, you will increase mobility, reduce pain and instantly de-stress.

Loving Yoga Valentine's Day Special

Yoga Under The Stars

What happens when we dim the lights, break out some glow sticks, move, breathe and stretch together? We become united like the stars in the sky.
Bring your tribe as we connect through breath and movement, to clear our mind, relax our body and recharge.
Join Leigh-Ann for a gentle 60 minute class and experience the magic of Yoga "Under the Stars".
This yoga practice is geared to all levels and involves delving deep within and raising our vibrations to spread love and light to the class, the community and beyond.
This class takes place inside our beautiful Whitby studio, where we will lower the lights and project scenic stars onto the ceiling. It's like being under the stars without the winter chill.

Lunch Time Chair Yoga Flow

Make the most of your lunch break! 

Enjoy an invigorating midday yoga class to keep you going all day long. 

Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair.

Chair yoga classes are a great form of yoga for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice.

Just like a regular yoga practice, Chair yoga increases flexibility, strength and body awareness.

When standing poses are included in a Chair yoga class, the chair is used to help with and improve balance. 

This class is just like our gentle classes, but in a chair! It is designed to get you in and out, and back to your desk, kids, errands, and other daily activities (with a clear mind and strong body!).
