Flow and Go Lunch Yoga:  12:00-12:45pm

We know you’re busy, so we’ve designed a yoga class to help you make the most of your lunch break.

Join Karen for an invigorating midday yoga class created to increase flexibility,

strength and body awareness. With the use of a chair, you will be seated

or standing, working through a 45 minute gentle flow class that will get

you in and out and back at your desk with a clear mind and strong body.

 

Full Body Glow: 6:15-7:15pm

Looking for full body alignment? Leigh-Ann’s Full Body Glow class targets

problematic body areas that are common causes of stress and tension.

Focusing on the mind-body connection, Leigh-Ann guides you through

an easy, gentle flow that helps restore balance and posture.The use of props

are encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably.

Therefore, this class is ideal for beginners or students with injuries or

limitations.

 

Gentle Soul Flow: 7:30-8:30pm


Ready to rock, roll and enjoy the flow? Then you will love Leigh-Ann’s popular gentle flow class.

This class is designed to warm up the body and cool down the mind.

Leigh-Ann expertly guides you through a yoga sequence that focuses

on stretching, strengthening and toning the body, the perfect workout

after a long day.

Healing Hatha Yin Yoga 4:45-5:45pm

Craving a calmer mind? This yoga practice encourages meditation and focus.

Join Melanie as she guides you through a gentle flow class that focuses on

targeting the connective tissues in the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Poses

can be held from anywhere from one to ten minutes, allowing you to

melt into a new range of flexibility as you release and let go of all that

is hindering you.


Balance and Bliss Gentle Yoga 6:00-7:00pm

Ready to balance mind, body and soul? Join Karen as she leads the class from

pose to pose, working all areas of your being for a total mind-body reconnection.

Karen’s class focuses on stretch  and strengthen, so you’ll build balance,

flexibility and confidence, all  the while connecting with your inner self.

This class is open to all levels,  beginners to expert, regardless of how

flexible you are.





Receive and Release Restorative Class 7:15-8:30pm

Looking to end the day completely relaxed and restored? This class is for you.

Karen’s popular restorative class offers the experience of being cradled and

protected, while releasing deep-held tension. Long, supported restorative

poses focus on healing both body  and mind by guiding you inwards through

deep breathing and meditation.  Blocks and bolsters are used to ease comfort

and flexibility levels, and to  allow the emphasis to be on relaxation. This is

the perfect class for anyone  to finish the day with.


Therapeutic Thursdays

Ready to let go of emotional baggage and release unwanted physical tension?

Chakra Cleanse Yoga: Thursdays 5:45-6:45pm

Join Registered Psychotherapist and yoga instructor Rachel, as she guides you

through this healing gentle yoga practice. Depression, Anxiety, Stress all stem

from the mind. Rachel has designed  poses to help relax, open and cleanse both

body and mind via the chakra system. Chakras are the energy centers of our

bodies, they help fuel various  physical and emotional areas of our being.

When our chakras aren’t working properly we get emotional unrest and

physical ailments. Rachel’s therapeutic expertise enables her to assist in the

emotional and  physical release that your mind and body so desperately need.

Each week Rachel will focus on specific areas of the body to heal emotionally and

physically through yoga sequences. The use of blocks and bolsters means

this class is ideal for beginners through to experts.
