What is Psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is the use of psychological methods, particularly when based on regular personal interaction, to help a person change behavior and overcome problems in desired ways.

Psychotherapy refers to a range of treatments that can help with mental health problems, emotional challenges, and some psychiatric disorders. It aims to enable patients, or clients, to understand their feelings, and what makes them feel positive, anxious, or depressed.

Ki Health and Wellness is proud to partner with other exceptional healers in the community.

Neural Network Therapy® is designed to help shore up gaps in unhealthy brain chemistry while forging new and improved habits (neural networks) in place of old and unwanted behaviours.  This approach is intensely practical and sustainable.

Rachel Allison is a Registered Psychotherapist and an Emotional Health Practitioner with the Canadian Family Health Collective.  Sessions are available at both the Whitby satellite office or our Peterborough head office.
