Julie Brar

Julie Brar is a Certified Health and Life Coach with certifications in Plant Based Nutrition. Julie has several certifications in Yoga and Meditation, which allows her to take a truly holistic approach to health and wellbeing. She helps her clients with a variety of issues such as weight loss, chronic fatigue, and stress management. Julie also has experience coaching clients who may be suffering from more serious illnesses such as Type 2 Diabetes or a family history of Heart Disease. Through her coaching and nutrition advice all of her clients have either reversed their illnesses or made major strides towards their health goals. Because each client is unique Julie tailors her approach to each individual client. She coaches individually and also runs group programs. Her next group program Bye Bye Sugar starts June 1st and is completely online.
