Time to heal Tuesdays:

Gentle Yoga: 5:00-6:00pm

Our Gentle Flow yoga classes are in a non heated room with an increased focus on mindful movement; breaking down the poses and sun salutations. Learn tools on how to calm the mind and incorporate breath with movement, while strengthening, stretching, and relaxing your physical body.   This class is ideal for anyone simply wanting a gentle flow class.

Yoga Tone: 6:15 - 7:15pm

Instructor: Leigh-Ann

Ready to Trim, Tone and Tighten? Then you will love Leigh-Ann’s popular yoga tone class. 

This class is designed to warm up the body and cool down the mind. 

Leigh-Ann expertly guides you through a yoga sequence that focuses on stretching, strengthening and toning the body, the perfect workout after a long day.

Restorative Yoga: 7:15 - 8:30pm

Our Restorative Yoga class reminds you to slow down!  You will learn to  invite restoration both physically and mentally, and in doing so, you are opening the door to a more healthy & balanced lifestyle.  In this class,  your body is typically supported by the floor, with the use of props such as, bolsters, blocks and blankets.  Here, you will learn to reach full relaxation and restoration.

 

This is  the perfect class for anyone  to finish the day with.

 

Therapeutic Thursdays:

Morning Yoga: 11:00am-12:00pm Oct 10th-Nov 14th

Come wake up your body, settle your mind and find your breath. This ALL LEVELS class consists of a flowing practice designed to help you find foundational strength, freedom of movement and a connection to your breath. Helping you feel grounded, energized and inspired for the day ahead of you.

Join us each Thursday for an informative and relaxing mindfulness class and more. Each week one of our incredible instructors will lead you through a unique and empowering mindfulness practice. From meditation to essential oils to health and nutrition, each week will be something new and exciting.

Vinyasa Flow: 8:30-9:30am

Mindful vinyasa is an energizing and vigorous style of yoga which consists of a continuous series of flowing postures linked together with breath. This class integrates meditation and mindfulness practice with classical yoga asana, encouraging heightened awareness of breath and body in order to guide one’s attention to the present moment. An emphasis is placed on self knowledge and self care, as students are guided to listen and respond skillfully to the wisdom of their own body.

Join Miriam, our certified prenatal yoga instructor, as she guides you through a safe and gentle yoga practice specifically designed for expecting moms.Prenatal yoga is a style of yoga specifically designed for pregnant students, to safely practice the healing benefits of yoga. During each class the students will learn safe breathing techniques, specific stretch and strengthening poses and movements to ease the tension that pregnancy has on the body, and prepare their bodies for the joy of childbirth. Students do not need to have prior yoga experience.This yoga series requires pre-registration.
