**COVID-19 GUIDELINES**

At Ki Health and Wellness we take your health very seriously and are using precautions to ensure we do our part to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Under guidance of the Ministry of Health (MOH), Chief Medical Officer of Health (CMOH) and CMTO, any persons entering Ki Health and Wellness must adhere to the following safety measures:

- Before entering the building, do a self assessment to ensure you have no COVID symptoms.

- masks that covers from the bridge of the nose to the chin are optional.

- Use hand sanitizer provided upon immediate entry of Wellness center.

- Do not enter the building without an appointment.

- Do not bring anyone else to the appointment, including family or friends.

- Read and sign the MOH COVID screening form before any therapies can take place.

- When not receiving therapies, remain a minimum of 6 feet apart from other client's or staff members.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR APPOINTMENT:

WHEN YOU ARRIVE:

You are required to wear a mask at all times while in the facility.
You are required to sanitize your hands upon entering the facility.
You will be screened for your risk of COVID-19.
You will be required to practice social distancing whenever possible.
Please arrive alone and only 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

You are required to wear a mask at all times during your appointment unless it is determined that your health is compromised.
Your therapist is required to wear a mask at all times.
Hand sanitizer is available in each room if required.

AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT:

You will be required to use hand sanitizer upon exiting the treatment room.
Contactless payment is preferred (tap).
We ask for no cash payments as NO change can be given.
Receipts will be emailed instead of printed.
Continue to practice social distancing when in common areas.

BEHIND THE SCENES:

Linens, blanks and pillows will continue to be changed and cleaned after every appointment.
Treatment rooms will be completely disinfected and sanitized between each appointment.
All surfaces in any common areas will be cleaned and disinfected often.
